The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) launches the 2nd PAGCOR National Photography Competition. Going under the theme “Only in the Philippines,” the competition aims to promote the beauty and uniqueness of the nation while, at the same time, flaunts the keen, artistic eye of Filipino photographers.
