Flood Safety Tips

Floods seem to be a common part of the lives of people in Metro Manila these days. Low areas, poor road conditions, clogged drainage systems–what’s new? Classes get cancelled, kids swim in murky water, vehicles get stuck on the road and sometimes break down, people get stranded. Worse, some actually get diseases and die.

All these should serve as a wake up call to everyone, most especially to the youth who are studying in colleges and universities that are located in areas that usally get flooded. It pays to be informed. Now, here are some tips on how you can remain safe in case of floods:
