It’s been a trend in the Department of Advertising and Public Relations to provide students opportunities to be exposed to various activities within and outside of the University in order to catch up with relevant experiences that can be used in the business world. Event Management training is one of the activities that has been a way to prepare its ADPR students to be highly competitive.

As the graduating students give you an idea about what creativity really is, showcasing the most awaited seminar of the year. Celebrating 15th Year of Student Advertising Congress in the year 2016 entitled “ARCADE: Level Up Here!” happening at La Virginia Hotel & Resort in Batangas on November 26-29, 2016. In partnership with CARAT, top media agency and 4A’sP (Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies-Philippines).

The Department of Advertising & Public Relations will reveal that creativity and wit flow in every student as they annually bring a seminar that you should never miss. This event aims to develop the students’ event management skills, establish linkages with potential employers and supplement classroom teachings. And for the year 2016, 4 teams will take a lead for their awe-inspiring talks from their different guest speakers in the field of Advertising and Public Relations, travelling their seminars creative as they are by presenting respective theme such as “Millennials? Social media user? You’re on the right spot! Dig-it-all: Let’s go digital. A seminar about the latest trends, techniques and strategies in digital advertising. What, when, and how to make a successful digital advertisement. Digging every inch about this topic in Dig-it-all!, by BAPR 4-1D, Band1Do” , “Ad_Cheats_01: Hack Your Way sa Ahensya Life. A seminar about shortcuts to the different departments in a full service advertising agency (Accounts, Pitch, Creatives:Art & Copy, and Media Strategy), by BAPR 4-2D, Ariga2D“, “Bomber Minds: Creating Noise from Explosive Ideas. A seminar about how to make explosive publicity, by BAPR 4-3D”   and “PokeDecks: GOTCHA! A seminar about winning and retaining clients. Train with the masters from different regions of Advertising and Marketing, learn techniques in pitching ideas, 360 campaigns and prepare for a big catch, by BAPR 4-1S, 1Sparta”.

It will definitely be a day of explosive ideas as 4A’Sp take the path of bringing high profile who will also talk and deliver enough experience to suffice the students in this kind of field in becoming prominent communicators and business leaders in the future.
